• Transaction Information: if you purchase a subscription or other paid feature, our payment processors collect billing details; we receive limited records such as plan, status, and transaction identifiers.
• Cookies & Similar Technologies: tokens, local storage, and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

We may use the information we collect for any lawful purpose, including to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service;
• Personalize your experience, including ranking and recommending content, accounts, and tickers in your feed;

The Service displays market data, news, and other content sourced from third parties. Such data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and is provided for informational purposes only. Stockchat does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of any third-party data and is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites or services that you access through the Service.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete content or your account, we will remove it from active systems within a reasonable period; however, residual copies may persist in backups, logs, or as required by law for a limited time.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information. You can review and update certain profile information in the app, and you can delete your content or your account at any time.
